DAILY DOSE | SKIN

In light of the holiday’s I thought it would be great to share a recipe for skin lightening that uses a very wintery ingredients! This recipe is great for women or men who have dark knees or elbows and need lightening! I get a lot of request for skin lightening, and this recipe so I hope you guys love this! 🙂

Ingredients:

1/2 lemon, juiced
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon peppermint powder or 1 cup fresh mint leaves

Place the water and peppermint in pot, place on high heat until water boils. Let sit for 10 minutes then remove from heat (if you used mint leaves, remove the leaves from water). Add the lemon juice to the water and mix well. Place cotton pad in mixture and apply to elbows or knees. Let mixture sit for 15 minutes, then rinse with water and moisturize. Repeat weekly as needed.
