Relaxation is an important part of being a girl! I’m a firm believer in “work hard, play hard” so taking time to relax as often as possible is really important to me! That’s why I looove bathe soaks! They’re great if you only have 30 minutes to spare and they can do wonders for your skin and mind! This bath soak is one of my favs whenever I need a good relaxing soak that will soften my skin!



1 cup powdered oats
1 cup Dead Sea salt
1 cup Epsom salt
3-4 tablespoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons vegetable oil such as extra-virgin olive oil or coconut oil

Get bath ready by filling tub up with warm water that is comfortable for at least 30 minutes (water that is too hot can make you sick). Place all ingredients in the bath and stir with a large wooden spoon or spatula. Now your ready to soak! Enjoy!
