Hey my loves! It’s Mona here, also known by my loved ones and fellow fragrance fanatics as the Perfume Princess – a very fitting title for today’s announcement. You may have seen us spilling the tea on our Instagram page, but today we’re revealing all the regal details of our 11th KAYALI juice: Vanilla Royale Sugared Patchouli | 64. Inspired by our award-winning, cult-favorite fragrance, Vanilla | 28 (I can’t believe I’m even saying that), this juice is kinda like its sexier, boujier older sister. The Scent
Get ready for the most sensual, opulent gourmand scent you’ve ever spritzed on your skin – it literally makes my mouth water. The delectable blend of sugary notes like crème brûlée and sugared patchouli pairs beautifully with the rich creaminess of vanilla accord and vanilla surabsolute. The two vanilla notes combine to create the most decadent and boujee vanilla scent. It’s the ultimate juice for all of you queens and kings out there – my husband and I wear it all the time, and we both agree it’s sooo sexy and sensual. Thanks to the spicy, woody notes like oud and tonka bean, it has this rare depth and complexity that takes you along the most intriguing fragrance journey and leaves you feeling like a million dollars.
KAYALI Vanilla Royale Sugared Patchouli | 64 Notes
Key notes: Vanilla Surabsolute, golden rum, creme brulee, brown sugar, royal oud, and sugared patchouli.
This fragrance opens with the elegant and rich note of vanilla orchid, which blends effortlessly with soft, sensual jasmine. Golden rum is revealed for a hint of sweetness and rich complexity, taking you along an intoxicating fragrance journey. At the heart of the fragrance, there’s our hero note; vanilla surabsolute, as well as crème brûlée and tonka bean, which have undertones of almond, tobacco, and caramel.
A spicy rose bouquet is paired with smoky, spicy leather notes to balance these delectable gourmand notes. As the fragrance settles, the deliciously unique sugared patchouli note glistens while warm and toasted brown sugar enhances the dark, decadent richness of the juice. Finally, amber and oud work together to create an ever-evolving depth, unlike any vanilla scent I’ve ever spritzed.
The Inspiration
This fragrance was inspired by one of the very first perfumes in the KAYALI family: Vanilla | 28, which is a super decadent, gourmand vanilla fragrance. As soon as it dropped, you guys became just as obsessed with the hero note as I am. It constantly sells out, and it always receives sooo much love, so I’ve got to take a minute to say thank you. Your love and support means the world to me!
Since we launched Vanilla | 28 four years ago, my DMs have been consistently flooded with requests for more vanilla scents, so that’s where our journey for Vanilla Royale Sugared Patchouli | 64 began.

My team and I decided we wanted to create a slightly more intense vanilla-based scent that was richer, more complex, and more regal than the original. That’s not to say Vanilla | 28 isn’t any of those things – honestly, it’s all three – but we wanted to push the boundaries A LOT further. And OMG, the result is utterly breathtaking – every time I spritz it on my skin, I feel like a queen. It’s opulent, luxurious, and sooo addictive. You’ll notice the number 64, which is the number of modifications it took to get this juice just right. I felt a lot of pressure creating another vanilla-based scent, but I couldn’t be prouder of the final result.
The Vanilla Royal | 64 Bottle
I’ve got to take a beat to mention the bottle. My team and I knew we had to do something EXTRA opulent for this juice, so we decided to wrap the entire bottle in a boujee gold foil, including the bottle cap. It legit looks like treasure, drippin’ in gold. I couldn’t be more obsessed. We’ve also included the keynotes on the back of the bottle, so you can refer back to the fragrance notes, making fragrance layering even easier.

You guys know I’m obsessed with perfume, so obviously, I have some need-to-know perfume hacks:
- Spray Vanilla Royale Sugared Patchouli | 64 on your pulse points (inside wrists, behind the knees, center of the chest, nape of the neck, behind the ears), and on clothes to increase the longevity of the fragrance.
