Is the formula the same as the 3D highlighters?
Our Glow Obsession palettes consist of a brand new powder texture that is completely different to our original powder in the 3D Highlighter palettes. It is more lightweight and silky with ultra-fine pearls which create a seamless application with a dewy finish.
