Returns:
All sales are final for items purchased with Cyber Craze discounts. For non-discounted items, free returns are available within 60 days, with the exceptions listed on our returns FAQ (click HERE). You may use the prepaid return label that we include with all orders (except those that are shipping outside mainland US and PO boxes). Refunds, if eligible, will cover the product price only, excluding shipping costs.
