Reese Witherspoon and Daisy Ridley’s MUA, Molly R. Stern, says the key to WFH beauty is to do anything and everything that makes you feel good and that’s why we love her. “We need an extra push right now to add to our inner strength and self-esteem –  do whatever you need to feel awesome,” she adds. Here’s her morning routine:

Step 1: “I wash my face with Epicuren Apricot Cream Cleanser, $24.50. It’s great for normal to dry skin, smells divine, and I think turning on as many of our senses at once is a great additive to feeling amazing.”

Step 2: “I then invigorate my skin with a refreshing spritz of TOWER 28 SOS Save.Our.Skin Daily Rescue Facial Spray, $12. This is the most calming spray I have ever used. ”

Step 3: “Next I massage in Natura Bissé Oxygen Complex Serum, $178. This serum gives the skin a boost of energy and vitality.”

Step 5: “One more spritz of the TOWER 28 SOS spray and add a little more C+C cream if I feel like I need it!”

Esthetician Brigitte Beasse usually spends her days perfecting famous faces like Uma Thurman, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Alexis Bledel, but when WFH she likes to exercise to oxygenate the body, tone the muscles, and activate blood circulation –  for better skin and cellular turnover.

Step 1: “I only tone, never wash, with Brigitte Beauté Phyto-Calming Toner, $45.You don’t want to disrupt the acid mantle of your skin, which you have been building throughout the night to protect your skin from daily free radicals (like the sun and dirt).”

Step 2: “Next I apply Brigitte Beauté Collagen Treatment Creme, $90 – my moisturizer with collagen, as well as vitamins A, E, and C to fight the aggressions of the day.”

Step 3: “Then I apply sunscreen. I use a physical sunscreen containing ZINC like Environ SUN RAD, $50.”

Extra step: “I also like the NuFACE Trinity Wrinkle Reducer Attachment, $149, for its red, amber and infrared LED light to tone facial muscles and boost your elastin and collagen production.

Besides keeping a big glass of water on her desk at all times —  to stay hydrated and deliver healthy skin benefits — Lawless Beauty founder Annie Lawless Jacobs is taking a gentler, more antioxidant approach to her WFH skincare routine.

Step 1: “I start by applying the Farmacy Green Clean Makeup Removing Cleansing Balm, $34, to break down makeup without leaving a thick residue or irritating my eyes.”

Step 2: “Next I use the Murad AHA/BHA Exfoliating Cleanser, $40, to really slough away any remaining makeup residue from the day and leave my skin feeling deeply clean.”

Step 3: “After that, I use the Thayers Alcohol-Free Rose Petal Witch Hazel Facial Toner, $9 – this is so inexpensive and I love it because it doesn’t have moisture-stripping alcohol like many toners.”

Step 5: “I apply the Tatcha The Essence Plumping Skin Softener, $95. This essence contains Japanese superfoods that really soften the skin and help your skincare really absorb into your skin more efficiently.”

Step 6: “My next step is the Drunk Elephant TLC Framboos Glycolic Serum, $90, it’s such a fantastic resurfacing serum! I find that it gets rid of any congestion and texture overnight and really evens out my skin tone. ”

Step 7: “Next up is the Ole Henriksen Glow Cycle Retin-ALT Power Serum, $58 – I have been using this in place of my retinols while pregnant and it provides all of the anti-aging, brightening effects of retinol without the irritation.”

We could all learn a thing or two from celebrity manicurist and MiniLuxe nail art designer Nina Park, when it comes to protecting our over-washed mitts. “It’s important to always give your nails a little love at the end of the day (a light file, applying cuticle oil, and reapplying base or topcoat) because this can prevent anything serious like a broken nail when you can’t get to the salon.”

Step 1: “I use MiniLuxe Rollerball Nourishing Oil, $22, first thing in the morning, after every hand wash, and before bed religiously. It’s the best! One of the ultimate ways to keep your nails healthy is to keep them moisturized, so applying this cuticle oil will encourage nails to grow out healthier and less brittle.”

Step 2: “I always have this base coat on my nails, even when they’re bare! MiniLuxe Perfect Prime, $20, is like a BB cream for  your  nails and it protects them from daily wear and tear. ”

Step 3: “Finally, I use Zoya Naked Manicure Hydrating Hand & Body Serum, $12, on my hands. This helps moisturize and keep my hands happy!”
