We got in touch with our fave celeb hairstylist, Dom Seeley, king of the ultra-glossy blowout and stylist to stars like Olivia Culpo, Kendall, and Jessica Alba. He spilled his go-to routine for glass-like hair and the products he uses to get the look.

Dom is a huge fan of this current trend, and believes it’s one of the most timeless hair trends, “Who doesn’t want glossy, healthy hair, all year round?” We have to admit, he has a point!

How to Get Glossy Hair

Here’s Dom’s Step-by-Step Guide to Nailing High-Gloss Hair:

According to Dom, starting off with a good foundation is essential, which means finding an ultra-restorative shampoo and conditioner. He loves the Color Wow Color Security Shampoo and Conditioner. He says, “It’s a total game-changer as it’s one of the only shampoos the works for everyone, regardless of your hair type, texture, or color. It gives your hair a reset in the gentlest way while removing any residue from your locks.” He then follows with the conditioner, adding “There are two types, one for fine to normal hair and another for thick hair.”

Next, Dom applies the coconut and kale-infused Color Wow Cocktails. He insists they’re a vital step as they’ll simultaneously hydrate and strengthen your locks.
