My Fave DIY Acne Face Mask!

Acne

Hey my loves! So acne is something I’ve always struggled with, and I’ve literally tried everything to treat my pimples. No matter how many amazing potions and serums I find, whenever I break out, I still go back to this super easy DIY acne face mask. Honestly, I’ve been using it for years because it just really works! All you need is nutmeg, milk, and honey, and it only takes 10 minutes. You can do this a couple of times a week, and over a few weeks, you’ll really notice a difference.

Nutmeg has been used in Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years and has potent anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties that help to reduce swelling, decongest clogged pores, and balance oil control. Honey is also really healing and is super nourishing and hydrating for your skin. Finally, dairy milk contains lactic acid, which works to gently exfoliate the top layers of your skin, remove oil-soluble impurities, and help fade acne scars and fine lines.

This is amazing for anyone with oily or acne-prone skin! Here’s how I make the mask:

Acne Miracle Mask:

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of nutmeg
2/3 teaspoons of cow’s milk (make sure they’re teaspoons!)

Combine the ingredients in a bowl, then apply to your face using a brush; continue to layer the mask until it’s all gone. Leave it on your skin for 10 to 15 minutes and then either gently wipe away with a muslin cloth or wash your face with warm water.

I hope you guys love this mask as much as I do, it immediately makes my skin feel so soft and calm. Xx
