So far, we’ve seen glowing reviews claiming it’s super easy to find, apply and blend, plus, it’s a little easier on the pocket than the OG cult contour wand. Naturally, we had to put it on trial and answer the question everyone has been asking – is this liquid-gel contour the new must-have contour product?

What we liked: Right off the bat, we loved the doe-foot applicator with its tapered tip that gives good precision for smaller areas like the nose or eyes. The liquid formula has plenty of play time, and it only took us about six seconds to blend it out for the most natural faux shadow, which stayed on for the entirety of our nine-to-five day.
Another major bonus? As the gel formula is so lightweight, you can layer and build your contour from a subtle look to a super chiseled beat in seconds. There are also eight shades in the KVD beauty collection to choose from, whereas the Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Contour Wand, $40, has just two.
What we didn’t like: Using a liquid can take a little time to get used to, but once you get it down the formula is really fun to play with.

If you’re new to the contour game, this product makes blending extra easy and delivers a sculpted, natural lewk in seconds. Since it has a wider shade range and a better price tag compared to its alternative, we’re officially part of the ‘TikTok Made Me Buy It’ squad.
