Beat Dark Circles at Home!

Looking tired lately or want to rid those dark circles? Try these at home remedies that work, remember these remedies are natural and gentle, so give it at least a couple of weeks before you see results.

Almond Oil

Massage gently under your eyes every night. Make sure to wash the formula off in the morning.

Lemon and Tomato Juice

In a bowl, combine 2 teaspoons of tomato juice, lemon juice and flour. Beat the mixture with a fork until smooth paste. Apply the paste under your eyes and leave for approximately 10 minutes. Remove the paste before it dries by rubbing very softly. Try doing this once a day, this remedy should show results after just a few days!

Cucumber Juice

Shred one cucumber in food processor then use strainer to squeeze juice out. Place in refrigerator for approximately one hour. Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and mix. Saturate Cotton ball with mixture and place on each eye for 15 minutes, wash thoroughly and apply almond oil to area for moisture. Repeat once daily.

Grated Potato

Grate a fresh potato and squeeze the juice out with a strainer. Dip your cotton ball in the juice and place on both eyes for 10 minutes. Wash the area thoroughly and moisturize with almond oil. Repeat 3 times a week. Note, potatoes contain an enzyme called catecholase found often in cosmetic skin lighteners.

The At Home Brazilian Butt Lift

With bootylicious now in Webster’s dictionary, there is more reason than ever to be envious of Jennifer Lopez or Kim Kardashian’s signature assets. Here is a quick way that is sure to give height to your derriere.

This might sound a bit weird and possibly far-fetched, but I have been doing this for years, and let me tell you, this works like a charm! My friends who’ve tried it (literally every single one) told me they saw results they loved and continue doing this simple at home exercise!

Classic kick backs:

While on your hands and knees, place one leg in the air with your knees bent 90 degrees. Thrust the leg upward with your foot parallel to the ceiling and contract your glut, then lower your leg back down. Repeat for 50 counts on the right leg, then 50 counts on the left leg. I do this every night before I sleep, it literally takes 5 minutes. Try it!

Beauty Secret Revealed: Baby-Soft Feet!

When it comes to footwear, it’s no question as to what is hot these days: The higher the heel, the better. And as much as we love our Louboutin’s, they may not love our feet.

Here is an old trick to get the perfect at-home pedi:

When soaking your feet, make sure the water is warm, add half a cup of olive oil and half cup dishwasher powder (Ariel works fine as a substitute), soak for at least 15 minutes then scrub with a body scrub like Cuccio Milk and Honey Sea Salt (available at Select Sasha’s salon or online at cuccio.com). Scrub in circular motions starting from your heels and moving toward your toes. Rinse with warm water. Follow with a pumice stone and foot lotion (Aveda Foot Relief, or Cuccio Milk and Honey Butter Blend) and voila! Buttery-soft-beautiful feet! For best results, try doing this once a week.
